This beautifully updated 5 bedroom / 5 bath cabin includes:
✔ Five private King Suites, each with a 55” Roku-equipped TV, dresser, and private full bathroom.
✔ Bedroom 1 located on the first level. Bedrooms 2 & 3 on the second level. Bedrooms 4 & 5 on the third level (Bedroom 3 includes a small workspace; Bedroom 5 includes a sitting area).
✔ Bathrooms feature tiled showers or shower/tub combinations, with vanities and hairdryers provided.
✔ Two electric fireplaces (operational October – March) — one on each living level.
✔ Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, drip coffee maker & Keurig (Bring your favorite coffee grounds or K-cups), dishes, cookware, and open pantry.
✔ Dining area with seating for up to 10, plus additional chairs as needed.

✔ We welcome guests 23 years of age and older to book and be the primary renter.
✔ The hot tub is for guests 21 years and older. Alcohol and pregnancy-related use are prohibited. Use the hot tub at your own risk.
✔ To ensure a peaceful experience for everyone in the area, we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 9 AM.
✔ Help us keep the wildlife wild and safe! Please store all food indoors and secure trash only within the provided bear-proof bins. Leaving food or trash outside can attract bears and other curious critters.
✔ Enjoy observing wildlife from a safe distance. For their safety and yours, please refrain from feeding or approaching any animals. Feeding bears, in particular, puts them and humans at risk and can have serious consequences for the bears.
✔ Enjoy the cozy ambiance of the electric fireplace during the cooler months (it’s operational from October 1st through March 31st).
✔ We provide a starter supply of towels, linens, shampoo, soap, and even toothbrushes just in case you forget yours!
✔ While we stock the basics, please remember to bring your favorite coffee, K-cups, condiments, and food storage items like zip locks to make your stay perfect.
✔ For safety reasons and per local regulations, open flames (including candles and unauthorized outdoor fires) are not permitted. We appreciate your cooperation in preventing fire hazards. Misuse may result in a $250 fee plus any damage costs.
✔ Use of the fire pit is permitted year-round. Firewood is not provided but can be purchased locally.
✔ Please note: The driveway is steep — use caution when arriving and departing.
✔ Need a little extra time? Early check-in or late check-out may be possible for a $50 fee, depending on the cleaning schedule. Please inquire in advance.

The property was exactly as advertised. Once we arrived it was even better! I felt like I was at home. The house was extremely clean and well appointed. My family of 10 stayed for a week and the children especially enjoyed the arcade games and hot tub. The only drawback, which was pretty insignificant was, we could have used 2 more dishwasher pods and another garbage bag. The kitchen sink was missing a drain stopper making it difficult to keep food from going down the drain. If course, these are little things which shouldn't deter anyone from starting in the peppery. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of linens and pool towels. The kitchen was well supplied, making meal prep easy. There also were plenty of dishes and flatware for a big crowd. The property management should be aware that there is a huge hole at the mouth of Ridge Rd. making it almost impossible to make the turn to drive up the rest of the street without doing damage to a vehicle. We had to turn the opposite direction and drive up another driveway, turn around and go up on the other side of the hole. It should get repaired. Overall, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We would definitely return.

This cabin was AMAZING, especially for our family of 9 people and could accommodate so many more!! We had 3 littles and a 10 y/o old so if you need to be away from noisy kids, this is perfect!!! We loved it and with this being our first experience in the Mountains, we feel very blessed that we found this place!! Can’t say enough great things about it!!!! I can’t even say enough about having the 5 bathrooms and they were beautiful!! The bar area on the lowest level was actually like a small kitchen that I didn’t realize was there!! Our host was Great too!! Our stay was perfect!!

Cabin itself is quite nice but no view of the mountains and must drive past a very questionable apartment complex to get to property. Driveway is quite steep and had a fair amount of moss that caused slippage when driving up in rain.
