It's a Penthouse with spectacular views from any of its rooms. The apartment's decor is inspired by the beauties of its views with an exotic touch. The windows of the rooms are a live picture of the beauty of the Caribbean Sea and the mountains of the area, quite a spectacle. Our private rooftop rooftop terrace with a panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea, the mountains, Punta Tuna Natural Reserve and the Lighthouse.
The space
Apartment consists of 3 spacious rooms two of them with a pillar bed and in the third room a bunk bed.
Why choose our penthouse? All rooms and the living /dining area have air conditioning , 2 Tvs available, 2 parking available, beautiful facilities in the complex, a spectacular view from any room plus our penthouse has a private rooftop terrace with beautiful views of the ocean and the breathtaking mountains to take your breath away.

Enjoy our private terrace located in the attic of our perfect apartment to see the historic lighthouse of the Punta Tuna Natural Reserve, the most beautiful sunsets in the Caribbean Sea. Our terrace has sofa areas to share and enjoy as a family, outdoor dining area, bar and an outdoor patio set. Our terrace is a perfect place to take photos and enjoy the rich breeze of the sea
Guests will have access to the pool located in the Gazebo del Mar which is the main pool located next to the entrance of the apartment complex. Guests have to follow the rules set by the management. (The other pool is for long-term residents and tenants only)
Other things to note
Privileged despite being a penthouse it only requires going up one flight of stairs to get to the apartment. It has 2 parking lots very close to the entrance of the apartment. Gated complex with 24/7 security.

The house is really well maintained and hosts are good and easily reachable. The morning walk around the property is amazing and very near to a beach. The beach is not good for swimming but good for a morning walk. We had challenges in finding good vegetarian restaurants near the property except for an awesome subway near the place.

This was a beautiful, airy, fresh apartment with truly gorgeous views. The description sells short that it is literally across the street from a beautiful, relatively secluded beach. Overall we had a great stay. We suggest a few kitchen updates (large coffee pot & wooden cookware for stovetop). We also suggest putting more description on the listing. It is worth nothing the beach location, that there are sand toys/chairs, and that there is a convenient small grocery story right on the corner. Also worth noting that the apartment is at the top of a big hill that you have to go down for pool or beach (or anything) (we took the car down each time).

This penthouse apartment is absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect and the view from the penthouse was amazing. The apartment was clean and spacious. The host was very helpful. The pool was fun and we were able to walk to a nearby beach. All around a great stay and would definitely recommend!
