About this cabin rental
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, unique log cabin completely updated, nestled in the woods. Secluded mountain feel, but 5 minutes from I-40. Minutes from Lake James, and a short drive to the eateries/ entertainment of Morganton or Marion. Access all the amazing activities that WNC has to offer including hiking, biking, boating, tubing, swimming, kayaking, fishing, with beautiful weather & scenery year round from this convenient location or sit on the front porch & enjoy the beauty.
The space
Hand hewn logs from 1800s reconstructed into the cutest fairy tail cabin with updated finishes throughout gives you the timeless rustic feeling but also of fresh and clean at the same time.
Guest access
Guests have access to entire cabin as well as the property it is on. Please note for tall people, the doors to the bedroom and bathroom only have 6'0" clearance. Watch your head!
Additional rules
Please strip the beds that have been slept in when checking out.
This is intended to be a family friendly space, not for parties or large gatherings. Our neighbors will let us know if there are any concerns. The outdoor security camera is simply to check if there is a concern over vandalism or large gatherings.
Small children can exceed maximum guest number.

Perfect cabin in the woods, spotless, modern and rustic at the same time. Well stocked with everything you need, everything works as it should. Good communication and clear instructions about the property. I would rebook this lovely place again. Perfect for a couple of two!

In town for local weekend race, The Bear Crawl.Very nice Cabin. A lot bigger inside then what it looks like on outside. Updated inside. Very comfortable. Plenty of linens. Quiet area. Would go back again. Definitely recommend for couples.
