This welcoming Dune Allen Beach condo is set among tropical trees and vegetation, and it is less than a four-minute walk to the beach. The condo has well-appointed accommodations, an outdoor patio, and access to the complex’s vacation amenities. With three bedrooms, it can entertain up to eight guests. Whether you’re planning a family vacation or a trip with friends, this property is perfect!
Azure 30A 1-101 is warm and inviting, featuring white walls and sandy-colored trim. Hardwood floors extend throughout the sunny great room, which encompasses the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room includes a comfortable sofa flanked by two matching armchairs. A handsome hardwood cocktail table serves as the centerpiece of the seating ensemble. The setup faces a flatscreen TV mounted above a sleek console table. Adjacent to the TV is a sliding glass door that opens onto a breezy patio set beside a thicket of trees. A table and chairs are provided for casual outdoor dining. If you’d rather enjoy your meal indoors, the open dining area has a white-topped table surrounded by four wicker chairs. The floors flow seamlessly from the dining room into the open-concept kitchen. One of the condo’s three bedrooms is a lovely primary suite. It has a king-size bed, TV, and patio access. The ensuite bath has an incredible tiled, glass-walled walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms share access to a full hall bath with a tub/shower combo.

The pool has a shallow entry, as well as steps that lead into the pool on both sides. Beside the pool is a bubbling hot tub. To add to the experience, there are BBQ grills and a shaded spot with fans, a TV, and a table and chairs for poolside dining.
In addition to the swimming pool, the property also has a convenient location. It is close to the beach, which is only a short stroll away. Mostly good stay. The place looked new although I think it was well matained for the most part.
Our stove didn't work at all. They sent maintenence, but weren't able to fix it. Gave us a hot plate and toaster oven.
The only ding I would give this property is the pool upkeep.
The location is great. The puctures are accurate.
