About this house rental
Bring the whole family and/or groups of friends to this great place with lots of room for fun. Only 15 min from downtown & 10 min from BNA, this huge house has all you need for a great time!
All (5) bedrooms, (7) total beds, including (5) high-quality mattresses and (2) air mattresses (3) full bathrooms, and huge living/dining area. FireTV w/all your favorite apps. Fully stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer. Additonal room with office space and crib available. Large patio/deck great for BBQ and firepit in the evenings.
The space
The house is an open layout with lots of natural light. The entrance leads with a living area and large, fully-stocked kitchen. Then it extends into the very large dining and living area with the bar, TV, and electric piano. The home has two floors. The upstairs has 2 living rooms, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 office, and 2 bathrooms. The downstairs has 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 laundry room. The outdoor deck has a fully fenced yard, grill and firepit for your enjoyment.
Sleeping spaces include:
1 Master bedroom w/ queen mattress
1 upstairs bedroom w/full-sized mattress
1 downstairs bedroom w/ queen mattress
1 downstairs bedroom w/ queen mattress
1 office with desk and full-sized mattress (the listing says it is in living room but it is in the office)
Plenty of living room space for 2 additional queen-sized air mattresses
3 full bathrooms (2 upstairs, 1 downstairs) with toiletries.
The upstairs is equipped with a 55” TV with Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and HBOMax. Extra fast wi-fi (100mbps) with an extender to downstairs.
Also, there is an extra deep soaking tub for you to enjoy after a long day exploring Nashville or hiking nearby in the downstairs bathroom, or if you want to grill and enjoy the firepit on the deck, there are all the materials you need to do so.

There are four parking spots available in the carport.
Dogs are permitted on a case by case basis. In inquiry, please indicate number of dogs, size and breed. If approved, there is a $75 fee per dog. If there are any accidents in the house or need for excessive cleaning, there will be an additional $200 charge. Dogs should be crated if let alone in the home. If dogs are brought to the house without approval, an additional fee will be charged.

We booked this house as a gift for our families for Christmas. We were very pleased with the house. Owners were very responsive and helpful. Loved the game code names they had in the house! The neighborhood looks rough, but never had issues.

The house is in a quiet location. The only thing that we had a problem with was that there is only one t.v in the whole house and not enough towels in the bathroom.
