This newly renovated ski-in/ski-out condo offers amazing value for a ski weekend! It’s situated right on Brian Head Ski Resort’s Giant Steps, which is the main lift & lodge, so it’s the place you want to be for winter & summer fun. No need to drive anywhere for skiing, or going out to eat, once you’re here. The updated kitchen and large dining table provide ample space for meals and games, while the two bedrooms and two bathrooms accommodate families comfortably. Features new, comfortable beds and a cozy atmosphere enhanced by a wood-burning fireplace. Coffee maker and Keurig are provided, just bring your own brew. Underground parking during winter is a huge plus to keep you and your gear dry! Closet is located by the front door to store ski gear. Also included is access to the clubhouse area with a hot tub, sauna, pool table, games, and coin activated washer/dryer.

It’s situated in a fantastic location, ideal for families, with an adjacent playground and fishing pond. It also makes a convenient home base for summertime activities as it’s high elevation means much better temperatures than the surrounding southern Utah hot deserts. Go see Zion National Park (1-2 hours away depending on which entrance you’re going to), Bryce National Park (1 hour 20 minutes away), or Cedar Breaks National Monument (literally only 5 miles away). Lots of great rock climbing, hiking, and biking right around town, some local rental shops will even do drop-off/pick-ups for half-day mountain biking treks. Check Brian Head Resort’s website for a list of summertime activities like downhill mountain biking, ziplines for kids, concerts, etc.

NOTE: The parking garage is only 6’8” high, vehicles taller than that will need to park outside at a lot a few blocks away. The flooring is all tile, which is very clean, but in winter can be cool so it’s best to bring some slippers.

My 4 sons (7-16) and I had a great boys trip skiing and snowboarding at Brian Head the first week of April. Condo was very clean, cozy, and family friendly. We brought all our food and the full kitchen worked great for our meals.A short walk down the hall and we were skiing straight into the lift to start the day.A short walk the other way and we were wrapping up our day with the hot tub and game room.Dinner, a fire, and a movie to top off the evenings. Rinse and repeat for three days - with 10" of powder and beautiful Utah scenery - all in all a great trip full of lifelong memories for a dad and four boys.Highly recommend.

Loved this condo. We skied right to the building at the end of each day if skiing. Clean, comfortable and fully equipped.

Family of 4 stayed at this property for a long weekend in mid February. For skiers/boarders, the location cannot be beat. You can literally ski right up to the building entrance and condo is on same floor. Ski closet for gear is also a convenient plus (I'm not 100% sure but I don't think all condos in this building have a closet for your gear). We cooked in all 4 nights and the kitchen was stocked with all cooking accessories we needed (including a croc pot). Wife and I found master bed extremely comfortable too!!The property manager was extremely quick and responsive to any questions that we did have. If went back to Brian Head we would 100% stay here again. Notes for future travelers staying at this property:1) Bring towels: As towels are provided, there were not a sufficient enough for our family of 4 to enjoy the hot tub after the slopes and have a fresh towel to shower after. 2) We were only able to locate 1 wine glass (worked for our family as only 1 wine drinker but other travelers may have more than 1). 3) Bring some sort of lighter or matches if you wish to utilize the fireplace as we were unable to locate one in condo (general market easy walking distance away)
