Hello,
A lovely 45-square-meter apartment, completely renovated in April 2022, very quiet and bright.
Located 70 meters from the sea, it is ideally situated in Merlimont.
Shops are less than a 5-minute walk away, the beach is 1 minute away, and the main beach restaurant is less than 3 minutes away.
The Accommodation
Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a small building. It features a large 26m² living area with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, 4-burner stove, microwave, etc.).
The open-concept living area is very pleasant. In addition to its separate bedroom, it features a high-end sofa bed perfect for enjoying time with family or friends.
The spacious bedroom and its large closet make it perfect for a weekend getaway or an extended vacation.
The bathroom, with its serene atmosphere, is the perfect place to unwind in the evening after a day at the beach.
A travel crib and a high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.
Everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
