We provide daily cleaning and breakfast services from Monday through Saturday. The cost of groceries for breakfast is not included in the service; guests are responsible for purchasing and covering the cost of these items. Also, have an in-house concierge. They can arrange grocery shopping for guests for an additional fee.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 18 years of age to book. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

THE HOUSE IS SPACIOUS AND WAS VERY COMFORTABLE FOR 8 ADULTS AND 5 CHILDREN. THE FURNISHINGS COULD USE AN UPDATE IN TERMS OF COMFORT BUT OVERALL THE AMBIANCE OF THE HOUSE IS WONDERFUL. THE POOL WAS DELIGHTFUL. RECOMMEND GETTING A GOLF CART IF YOU DON'T HAVE A CAR. IT IS A 10-15 MINUTE WALK TO THE DOWNTOWN AND BEACH AREA OVER FAIRLY ROUGH ROADS. CART WAS VERY HELPFUL FOR GROCERIES AND MOVING KIDS BACK AND FORTH THROUGH THE DAY. WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN IF WE CAME BACK TO TAMARINDO.
