Great host and hostess. Great apartment. Great price for extended stays. Quick to reply after questions asked. Allows pets and its rare to find a VRBO that does. Have stayed 2 summers at apartment. Good location close to Paintsville Lake State Park and Jenny Wiley State Park. 5 min drive to Dollar General and approx. 15min drive to Walmart.

It was a wonderful apartment to stay in. The owners were even nice to put a rollaway bed in for our little boy. It was nice and clean. The air conditioner worked fantastic. It’s also decently close to Paintsville and Prestonsburg, which was a plus.

It was a very nice, clean apartment. Everything we needed was there. Very quiet. Once you find where it’s located it’s easy to get to. It is a second floor apartment so there are stairs to climb. Some people may need to know that. Overall we had an enjoyable stay. Very easy driving distance to Paintsville which was great for us. We recommend staying!

This location is exactly as described in the listing. What the listing might not say is how quiet the space is!
We were down to move mom into a senior living center and wanted a space that was peaceful after long days of driving and unpacking. Larry's location was just that. The apartment is nextdoor to another apartment, but we never heard a peep!
We will definitely stay again when we come down to visit mom or on our way to WNC.
