About this house rental
Beautiful 3 bed 2.5 bath located less than a mile from downtown, The Riverwalk, The Shops at Rivercenter, The Alamo, Convention Center, Alamodome and so much more!
Relax after a busy day on the big comfy couch or on one of the premium beds. Enjoy a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a cup of coffee, board games or a drink out back by the firepit! We've provided quality furniture, linens and equipment to help make your stay amazing.
On and Off street parking are free. Fully permitted for short term rentals.
The space
Traveling with kids? We have a stroller, highchair, pack n' play (with sheets and all) Tear Free shampoo and lotion, child safe dishes and even a baby monitor. We have board games for all ages and Smart TVs in every room with Free Netflix and Hulu (both are Commercial-FREE), PLUS local stations, and more!
Downstairs bedroom has a full bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower.
There is also a half bath downstairs. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a full bath with tub/shower combination.
For our guests’ privacy, there are window shades throughout the home, and room-darkening shades in bedrooms and living room.
A wireless printer makes life easy and if you need to take a note, tape something together or just want to draw, we have office supplies at the ready!
Outdoors, we have a patio with a fire pit and glider seating in the back yard. There are also individual seats and tables that can be moved to suit your preferences.

We loved everything about the house! It was just minutes away from everything. The house itself was spacious, well-kept, and supplied with items in case you forget something.

The house is in a neighborhood that is being renovated, so be aware you're not in an "fancy" neighborhood. The owners are clear in the description. That said, with 3 moms and 3 dauughters, we never felt unsafe. It's a solid, working class neighborhood and it was very quiet. We were in town for an event at the convention center. It's a 5 minute drive, no way to get turned around. There are good restaurants nearby and everything you want is within a short drive. The owners are very responsive, the house was very clean, and they provided a few things that most of the short term rentals I've used don't have. Coffee, laundry soap, cotton balls/qtips and shampoo and conditioner. I would definitely consider stayimg here again when we return to San Antonio.
