You will be welcomed to our charming, completely renovated 3 bedroom home nestled in the serene countryside of southwest Iowa. This is the perfect retreat for those seeking a peaceful getaway. The house sits between an orchard and working farm. There are free range, friendly animals to watch and enjoy. Whether your looking to unwind, explore the outdoors, or experience the local culture, this cozy abode is the ideal home base for your Iowa/Nebraska adventures.
We are located 23 minutes from Omaha, 19 minutes from Council Bluffs, 25 minutes from Eppley Airport, 7 minutes from Glenwood. We are minutes from local wineries and brewery. We are just down the road from the Castle and minutes from the Fountains and Belle Terre wedding venues.
The home is all one level with many accessible amenities. We are located on a gravel road.
There are 2 camper hook-ups on the property with ample parking.

Loved our stay at this peaceful farmhouse. We were in the area for a wedding at Fountains Ballroom so this was a great location for us. The place was well stocked and the beds were very comfy! We really enjoyed watching the farm animals especially the peacocks. What a pleasant surprise to our stay!

We stayed here with my parents and in-laws for our daughter’s wedding. It was an amazing house! Newly remodeled everything- kitchen, bathrooms, floors. We were able to host 20 for dinner the night before the wedding and 20 for breakfast the morning after. I would highly recommend!

Beautifully decorated and nicely equipped house in the country. 10 minutes to town. Hosts were available to answer questions and very accommodating. We were even given farm fresh eggs to have during our stay. A wonderful experience. We would definitely stay there again.
