This corner unit has southern exposure affording you a sunrise view along with south and southwest views of the Gulf. View Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk, the fishing jetty, dolphins & boats traveling through the intracoastal waterway. Enjoy beautiful Gulf breezes from your private balcony.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.
King bed in master bedroom with private bath as well as access to the balcony. Two Queen beds in first guest bedroom and one Queen in the third bedroom. Two large baths with tub shower combos. Occupancy of up to 8 guests in this unit.
As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available. This is a non smoking home that offers 1 assigned parking space There is no additional parking at Beach Place.
But no vacation would be complete with multiple trips to the beach, swimming pool and BBQing! Fortunately, these are all right here, just steps away! We had a very good time in this condo. The pool area was clean and and well maintained. The beach was close and beautiful. The elevator was slow, but this is an old building and that is to be expected. The stairwell was brightly lit and clean. I felt safe using it at anytime of the day.

Renting from Beach place condos was easy and the location was perfect. The condo looked much better online than in person. The floor tiles were cracked by the balcony door. Missing in the kitchen. There was apiece on temporary carpet in the laundry room just laid on the floor that would move when you walked. The elevator was very slow or broken as well as the gate to the beach. We travel there every year and this was disappointing.
