Very clean. Could use new towels though. Short distance to Phoenix and the airport. Nice and safe neighborhood to walk at anytime of day or night. Since there were 6 of us there much of the time we did use the kitchen And grill a fair amount. Overall great spot.

Spent the holiday here with our adult children while visiting my parents. Size of property and back yard are nice and kitchen is fairly well equipped for cooking. A little odd that master doesn’t have a closet available or for hanging clothes. Dining table only seats 4 but we made it work.even thought we had 6. Would definitely consider staying at this property again.

House had been completely remodeled so everything was nice and new.Comfortable house. My cousin and I stayed here while shopping for her daughter's wedding dress.Master bedroom needs some place to hang things, Owners closet was locked so I had to put my things in another bedroom closet. Plenty of room in master bedroom for some type of clothes rack.Outside BBQ table caught fire the third day we used it (I notified management company). It was very very scary but we were able to put the fire out
