About this house rental
In Sauzon, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming house for rent, completely renovated in 2023, with a surface area of 115 m² and able to accommodate up to 7 travellers. It comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a 30 m² fitted kitchen with dining area, three good bedrooms, two shower rooms (with shower) and a garden of around 300 m². We are waiting for you !
The accommodation comprises :
Ground floor
- A 30 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not provided) and sitting area.
- A 30 m² fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a dining area, including: electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1 : queen-size bed (160×200)
- Shower room with WC
First floor
- Bedroom 2 : One queen-size bed (160×200) with en-suite shower room and WC
- Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (sleeps 2) and single bed
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- A beautiful 300 m² enclosed garden with flowers
- A 25 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Sauzon, in very pleasant surroundings. It is halfway between the spectacular Plage du Donnant and Pointe des Poulains. You'll have all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (2 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you :
- 45 min by boat (with the possibility of transporting the car on the boat)
- Car hire in Le Palais (port of arrival)
- Bicycle hire 2 km from the house
Other comments :
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Steep staircase requiring special supervision for young children.
- Bed linen, towels and tea towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made through the "Au Bonheur des Soeurs" concierge service, who will provide you with prices directly).
- The concierge service offers a home shopping delivery service
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
