Charming Bayside Cottage-newly built

Bayside home, just a few years old. Everything is fresh and new and sparkling. The location is prime, just a 2-minute walk to the Bay! Put in your kayak or SUP right off the beach. Enjoy your morning coffee with the bay breezes on the front porch and later an afternoon drink on the back deck. There is a grill and a table on the deck for al fresco dining. The spacious home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary suite with a king-sized bed & ensuite bath is located towards the back of the house. Two other bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and another with two twin-sized beds, are located at the front of the house.Pillows and bedcoverings are provided. You bring or rent your sheets and towels. There is a hall bath between these bedrooms. The living room has a full-sized sofa bed and there is a full-sized mattress available for extra guests. The bright open floorplan with a large living room is lovely. The kitchen is a cook's delight and has big island with seating making for a fun gathering spot. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware, utensils and table settings. Enjoy the restaurants in Villas as well as nearby Cape May and Wildwood. It is a short drive to the ocean beaches, the Wildwood boardwalk and the mall in Cape May. The Cape May Poin lighthouse and world-renowned bird-watching areas are nearby.
