Well located 3 Bedroom 5 person semi d located within this quiet Cul de sac. The house is furnished to a moderate standard with all that's needed for a comfortable stay.

The home has 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and bathroom with electric shower upstairs. Downstairs has all the standard mod cons including an equipped kitchen with washing machine and separate dryer. The living dining area is extended and comes with private high speed wifi and smart tv. The house has a small rear garden with private off street parking to the front.

Palmerstown is located just off the M50 with easy access to many parts of Dublin and surrounding counties. The area has ample amenities with the local shopping centre a short 5 minute walk away.

Do you notice that this place has no reviews? But it is not a new listing. The company removes the listing and reposts it each time there is a bad review. This is an “external booking”, corporate owned and managed overseas. It is not “hosted” by a person. The phone numbers do not work; you can only communicate by text with staff overseas. When you have a problem, Vrbo will say there is nothing they can do; solve it with the host. Yet Vrbo asks why you didn’t reach out to them sooner. We lived with a chirping smoke alarm above the stairwell between the three bedrooms from Thurs PM until the next Wed AM. We were told there was no one to fix things on evenings or weekends. We were not offered a refund to afford another place. The friendly man who showed up to fix the alarm on Wed AM had not received the message until Tues. The alarm continued to chirp until he removed the it entirely. We did not receive what we’d paid for: a place to sleep. We did not receive a refund. Many things in this house are either broken, filthy, or missing: Dangerous ledge along the side of the house where you must walk to the lock box and no light there Front door lock broken Bathroom door opens 1/2 way Bathroom faucet loose Dirty linens left behind, mildew, gross hole in the coffee table hidden by plastic plant Lights without shades Suspicious check-in demand to text pics of passports Check in time not as listed...and more. This place is trouble. And Vrbo will not help you either
