Surrounded by the lush tropical vegetation, this two-bedroom property with a splendid view over the ocean and the hills is the perfect place for an unforgettable stay in the Caribbean.
As soon as you get on the property, you’ll be charmed by the soothing atmosphere created by the lovely green arbor next to a small pond surrounded by exotic plants. Built on one level and designed by the famous architect Johannes Zingerle, the luxury rental villa Lina provides outstanding views over St-Barts' turquoise waters. In both a contemporary and Caribbean style, vacation home Lina is decorated with light colors providing a daydream ambience. The light and modern decoration creates a very welcoming atmosphere, time seems to pass very slowly. In the expansive living area gently swept by the cooling ocean breezes, comfortable sofas and benches are set up in front of the view for delightful moments of relaxing and gathering. This is also the best spot to enjoy one of your favorite classic movies. The dining space can accommodate up to ten guests around a large and massive rectangular table. The modern, well-equipped kitchen also opens onto a swimming pool and ocean views. The St-Barths trade winds gently flow through this open space that seems to merge with the outside.
The terrace of this luxurious vacation rental is set around a beautiful and long infinity swimming pool, facing the horizon and the tree-lined hills of St-Barths. Sun loungers and floor cushions are set up in front of the panorama for pleasant sunbathing sessions. An outdoor shower is available whenever you wish to cool off. Under the high palm trees that seem to touch the sky, time is suspended in this idyllic and charming scenery.
The vacation rental villa Lina has two air-conditioned bedroom with high amenities, an ideal spot for a stay with family or friends. Both bedrooms have king-size beds, dressing rooms and en-suite bathrooms, and are located on either side of the living room. They offer beautiful views over the pool and the tropical surroundings. These very charming bedrooms come with elegant linens and exceptionally comfortable amenities.

We have a wonderful vacation. It was our first time staying close to Colombier Beach and we loved it. It's so peaceful and quiet yet close to Gustavia and St Jean. The view from the terrace and the bedrooms are fabulous. We were very happy.
