Washer and dryer in the unit. Utilities included ( water, trash, *electricity, internet, and a security system). A community pool and tennis courts are available in the complex. We had an overall very pleasant stay, mid December through mid March. Everything we needed was supplied. The beds were a bit uncomfortable. We had expectations of a heated pool, but were informed the HOA didn't turn it on. A bit of a disappointment. Overall a very pleasant stay in a good neighborhood and location. We even were able to see a number of spaceX launches.

We throughly enjoyed our four month stay! Association was friendly and quiet. Owner was always available and quick to respond. Highly recommend!!
