Located in Cléguérec, this charming 90 m² holiday home welcomes up to 2 guests seeking peace and quiet. You will find one bedroom, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Ground-level access, private TV, washing machine, and a game console ensure your comfort. Families with children can use a baby bed and high chair.
Relax in the private garden and on the uncovered terrace. A Nordic wellness area is available for an extra fee, with a hot tub for up to 2 adults. The hot tub is shared with guests from another accommodation and is used alternately to ensure your privacy.
Two shared parking spaces and a communal bike storage are at your disposal. Up to 2 pets are welcome at no extra charge. Subject to availability and size, two bikes can be loaned with pleasure.
Cleaning and bed linen are not included. We ask you to leave the accommodation as you found it. If you prefer, a cleaning package is available for an extra fee. Towels and bed linen can also be provided for an extra fee.

Pros: agréable séjour dans cette maison avec toutes commodités. Nous recherchions le calme et la tranquillité et nous avons été servis. L’endroit est conforme à la description. Isabelle a été charmante avec nous. Elle nous a très bien accueilli et conseillé. je recommande vivement cette location.

Pros: parfait ! accueil très chaleureux. petite maison agréable dans un bel écrin de verdure, au calme. bien située car position centrale permettant de bien visiter la Bretagne et près de PONTIVY, ville à découvrir. sans oublier le jaccuzi bien appréciable ! adresse recommandée !
