The Space:
****As part of routine lake maintenance and shoreline repair efforts by Georgia Power, Lake Sinclair will be drawn down by approximately 5 feet starting October 25, 2025. The lake refill is anticipated to begin on December 1, 2025****

Sinclair. A 90-minute drive from Atlanta, Cashel is a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
For the boating enthusiast, a quick trip up Crooked Creek will take you to Lake Oconee Wallace Damn (No access to Lake Oconee by water) in less than a half-hour (or 35 minutes by car).
This relaxing getaway spot sleeps
10 comfortably, 14 utilizing the 2 sleeper sofas. Large enough for the whole family or perfect for a group of friends.
The property includes a private boat dock. 2 kayaks with life jackets and paddles, floating lily
pads, fishing rods w/ rod holders - everything you need to enjoy a day on the lake. The water depth at the dock ranges from 4-6 ft.
Additional outdoor amenities include a large backyard with a cozy firepit, English garden, upper deck seating and a lower/underdeck patio area complete with a TV, two propane grills (Propane not provided) and a charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal). There is also a TV on the boat dock.
Wi-Fi extends inside and out - so you are connected anywhere on the property (and could even work if you had to!)
Fish, kayak, float, swim...There are so many ways to enjoy the lake, just steps outside the back door.
Spend a day off the lake experiencing the small-town, southern charm of nearby Eatonton or Milledgeville.

This is a pet-friendly property. Pet fees are non-refundable and range from $150-$500 depending on the amount of pets, sizes, etc. Please reach out directly to Lakeside Property Management to confirm your furry friends before your arrival this also includes to confirm your service animals. Unauthorized pets will be billed back to the guests in the amount of $500. If your pet damages any items in the home you will be responsible for replacements and/or repairs. If any signs of pets using the bathroom inside the home, pet hair on bedding, or furniture guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee. We only allow house trained pets. Please be sure to bring your own kennels and pet beds. We love our furry friends, but it is our goal and responsibility to keep our properties clean and with guests using these best practices, we can avoid any additional fees. This allows us to continue to allow our pets to join the family fun. Additional Info:

The house had a wonderful view of the lake and had plenty of room. It had a Very nice game room and movie room downstairs. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again!

Had a great time. It rained most of the time but there was enough room in the house everyone was not stepping on each other. Kelly was awesome in fixing some minor issues. The hot tube advertisement in the title throws you. It reads as if the hot tub come with house and not an additional 400.

This home was great for our large family with young kids. There were a few blips along the way, but the property managers were extremely responsive and helped to resolve every concern we had! Overall, this was a clean, safe, and fun spot for a lake vacation!

The property was the perfect size for our family vacation and stay to celebrate our daughter's 7th birthday. The bedrooms and kitchen were very spacious. The location is great. The lake is very shallow where the house is located which wasn't my favorite as I prefer to not touch the bottom of the lake, but we were able to still get a boat docked. The property manager was very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay!
