This two-bedroom, two-bathroom home blends comfort and convenience with airy, light-filled spaces and coastal décor. Whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or your furry companion, Poolside Paradise offers the perfect setting for relaxation and connection.
Main Level:
The open-concept living and dining area is perfect for gathering. A fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, cookware, and a Keurig, making mealtimes effortless. Kick back on the comfy sofa (which also doubles as a pull-out sleeper) for movie nights or enjoy a family meal around the dining table.
Bedrooms:
✔ Primary Bedroom: Queen bed with ensuite bathroom
✔ Second Bedroom: Two twin beds—great for kids or additional guests
✔ Living Room: Pull-out sleeper sofa for extra flexibility
Outdoor Living:
Just outside your door, you’ll find a private patio for sipping morning coffee or winding down with evening drinks. Best of all, the community resort pool is just steps away—ideal for an early swim or a relaxing afternoon by the water.

• No parties, events, or tents
• Pet Policy: 1 dog under 75 lbs, $100 non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be leashed outdoors and kenneled if left unattended. ($300 fine for non-compliance)
• No smoking anywhere on the property ($500 fine)
