Holiday Home 'La Vignentaise' with Terrace, Shared Pool and Wi-Fi

The holiday home 'La Vignaise' is located in Bois and is perfect for an unforgettable vacation with your loved ones. This 40 m² house faces our property and features a living room with two single beds, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, heating, a washing machine, as well as books and toys for children. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.



At the back, you will find a private outdoor terrace. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area with a garden and a playground.



You will enjoy a heated indoor saltwater pool, located within our home but accessible from outside.



Three parking spaces are available on the property. One small pet and smoking are allowed. Air conditioning is not available. The house is step-free for added comfort. Homemade products are offered, and there is a shelter for motorbikes and bicycles.



The property provides guidelines to help you sort waste correctly, with more information available on site. Energy-saving lighting is also installed.
