This charming cottage is ideal for accommodating two people looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Nestled in a pretty garden that you will share with the gîte above, you will be surrounded by a serene atmosphere. The traditional house has been completely renovated to offer a perfect blend of old-world charm and modern comfort. Located on the ground floor of the outbuilding adjoining the owners' house, the cottage offers practical and functional equipment to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. You will enjoy the magnificent garden which surrounds the house as well as a large heated swimming pool (14mx7m | depth of 1 m to 2.5m) open from the beginning of May to the end of October. The swimming pool is to be shared with the owners and guests of the gîte63G1721). Whether enjoying a morning coffee on the sunny terrace or reading a good book in the shade of a tree, our garden is the ideal place to reconnect with nature. Located in Saint Ignat, our cottage also offers a privileged location for discovering the surrounding area. You can hike the picturesque trails, visit historic sites or explore the charming surrounding villages. The cottage is composed on the ground floor: -a living room opening onto an equipped kitchen with convertible sofa for 2 additional people -a bathroom/WC for people with reduced mobility -a bedroom with a 160 bed Whether you are looking for a romantic stay as a couple or a quiet getaway alone, our cottage in Saint Ignat is the ideal place to recharge your batteries. PMR accessible: Narrowing of the passage between the day part and the night part (84.5cm wide by 50cm deep) Cleaning during your stay on request to the owner: €100 Gîte 63G1721 for 6 people on the 1st and 2nd floor of the same house. Use of the swimming pool is not authorized for people not staying in the gîte.
