About this apartment rental
It is said that "Buenos Aires is the Paris of Latin America". This beautifully renovated residence is the sole unit on the 9th floor of a classic French-style building, offering captivating views of the city skyline. Carefully curated with original artwork & vintage accents, and located on the border of Palermo Hollywood, known for its restaurants & bars, nightlife, and shopping. With transportation options outside the main door, this light-filled haven is an ideal space to experience the city.Enjoy the gorgeous sunrise views over a cup of coffee or sunset with a delicious Argentine wine.
The apartment has a living room/dining room with plenty of natural light and stunning unobstructed panoramic views of the city skyline and the beautiful Neo-gothic church Our Lady of Lujan. It has a main bedroom with an in-suite bathroom, private balcony and desk space, and a second bedroom with a queen bed that can be converted into two twins if needed. This room is also perfect for using as a remote working office as it also has a desk. The apartment also has a half bathroom and a full kitchen with a stove and a full sized fridge.
The space is decorated with original art, argentine-made solid wood furniture, 100% cotton bed linens and fun antiques sprinkled throughout. Air conditioning in bedrooms and living room. Located in a famous area called Palermo, on Cabildo, an avenue that connects the whole city, at the center of where four of the most prominent neighborhoods meet: Palermo Hollywood, Canitas, Belgrano and Colegiales. This apartment couldn’t be better connected, with bus stops and plenty of taxis right outside the main door and the subway station just 4 blocks away.
Enjoy many cafes and restaurants right around the corner, like popular coffee shop Rita Specialty Coffee Palermo, Cafecito, Pipi Cucu, and countless other amazing places walking distance. It is truly the perfect home base for your Buenos Aires trip.
The apartment does not have a washer, but it does have a Laverap around the corner which is a laundromat where you simply drop off your clothes and they wash /dry everything for you, even better!
We include parking for one sedan, the garage is half a block away from the apartment.
