About this villa rental
Charming holiday house for 4-6 persons. On the ground floor of the house there is a living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. There are two single beds in the gallery. Guests have at their disposal a swimming pool with salt water, a barbecue, a sitting area and a fenced yard. The house is located in a great location near the center of Malinska.

Hallo,
uns gefällt das Haus und die Lage sehr gut.
Mit dem Auto und dem Fahrrad sind wir in wenigen Minuten, ca. 5-10min., an den nächsten Restaurants, Supermärkten und noch viel wichtiger- am Meer.
Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles ist sauber und sortiert. Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern und Türen. Sehr wichtig, da natürlich einige Insekten in der Region unterwegs sind.
Den Pool haben wir jeden Tag genutzt. Salzwasser! Sehr angenehm!
Privater Parkplatz mit eigenem Tor. Platz für ca. 4 Autos, wir sind mit 2 angereist.
Der Vermieter ist immer da für uns, sehr sehr höflich, freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Es gab leider einen Unfall. Der Vermieter ist zu uns gefahren und hat Krücken vorbeigebracht. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich und wir wissen seine Hilfe sehr zu schätzen!
Wir empfehlen das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter!
