About this house rental
When you book Just Like Home- Plus, you get access to the top level of the home and the basement apartment! What better way to make memories than to be able to stay in the same space together, while also having your own space to spread out. This would also be a wonderful place for your next retreat, bridal or baby shower, or family reunion. Relax with the whole clan at this peaceful and fun place to stay.
The upstairs boasts three bedrooms (one with king sized bed, one queen, and a bunk room). There are two full bathrooms, full kitchen, living area and dining room.
The basement has two bedrooms (one king, one queen), pool table, arcade games, kitchenette, four tv's, Roku with streaming options, full bathroom with soaking tub and shower, and a pull-out couch in the living. This basement space has a keyless entry.
Treat the house and neighborhood as if it were your own.
Any smoking of any substance INSIDE THE HOME (cigarettes, vape, pot, cigars, etc) will incur a $250 aeration fee, non negotiable.
Smoking cigarettes or vaping (LEGAL PRODUCTS) is acceptable on the patio. Please clean up your trash out of respect for our cleaners and the next guest.
Please respect the neighbors by keeping to an appropriate noise level. We do not allow drunken and disorderly parties. Parties will be removed from the premises and no refunds will be given.

I really liked most everything with the house and the stay there. My only negative is just with the way the listing split up the rooms and beds. The sleeper sofas are in the living room and common area, not in a bedroom, and the twin bunk is more kid sized. it just made it a little interesting for full sized adults. The room the bunks are in also has glass doors, so no real privacy either. Good for kids, not so much adults. Good neighborhood, ample street parking, AC worked well, good water pressure and enough hot water for everyone to take showers. I would stay again in the future for sure!
