About this house rental
Newly remodeled property located on Spearfish Creek! Located near BHSU and downtown Spearfish. Property includes 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. Large gathering room upstairs includes ping pong table, foosball, arcade game, sitting area and large dining table. Several off street parking spaces available. This 100+ year old property that was a church for many years was recently remodeled and now is available as a vacation rental. Lots of space for everyone, great for groups. Bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom are located on in the basement level. The upstairs is a large open concept room that includes a tv, sectional, sitting area, dining table, coffee bar and game room. Property is located on Spearfish creek and the bike path. It is one block from BHSU and near downtown!..

The top level of this property is awesome for a family get together. Tons of space and awesome amenities (big table, arcade game(s), ping pong table, large TV, etc.). My sons played the arcade games for HOURS while the rest of the group played cards... good times!
The housekeeping could have been a little better honestly. However with the size of the place in consideration, I wouldn't say it was "bad" either.
Being an older place there is a lack of outlets in the basement. We had three people that needed power at night and I needed to buy an extension cord and power strip to make that happen. Not a deal breaker, but awareness for those that need it.
The river directly behind the place was a nice surprise too!
All in all, i would stay here again.

It would be nice to have silverware on the main level for the coffee to stir cream or surgar instead of running downstairs to get items.
Besides that, we enjoyed the large area upstairs to visit and play the games you have.
