“The Place” is a stunning, modern 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom one-story home-away-from-home, located in a quiet, cozy neighborhood 15 minutes from Disney.
The home boasts a quarter-acre corner lot with a big fenced-in backyard and screened pool deck. Gorgeous views of the Florida sunset can be enjoyed from the deck. A perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind.
Chic decor poses perfect opportunities for that perfect vacation photo. Fiber Optic Wifi allows for quick uploads, streaming, gaming, and wifi calling.
The two primary bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The first features an oversized-garden tub and spacious vanity area, a beautiful modern boho look, and pool access.
The second showcases a Mobility Accessible heated Safe-Step Walk-In Therapy Tub with water jets, air jets, and lights. The queen bed sits on an adjustable base with views of and a sliding glass door to the pool.
The third bedroom features a LED Sleigh bed with LED accessories. The fourth bedroom has a set of full bunk beds that can sleep 1 on top and 2 on the bottom.
Open kitchen/living room/dining room with coffee nook. Living room sofa transforms into a queen sofa bed. Smart TVs in each of the 4 bedrooms and living room. Ceiling fans/lights with remotes.
Mobility Adaptations: Home is equipped with a mobility ramp that can be set out prior to guest arrival if requested, and that can be moved and used by guests throughout the stay if needed. Grab bars are located by toilets in both suite bathrooms, and one bathroom features the Safe Step Walk In Tub with remote. That suite also has an adjustable base bed with remote. Pool features a grab bar by the entrance steps.
Grill rental and other options available. Information book will be laid out for guests when they check in.

The house was absolutely perfect! We never wanted to leave! fully stocked kitchen, plenty of pool towels for the whole family, and great location. The host was amazingly sweet and really went above a beyond to make sure our stau was perfect! The pool area was great for relaxing while the kids swam. 5 stars are just not enough for how great our stay was!
