About this house rental

4 bed 3 full bath 3,267 sq. ft. 2-story home with attached 2.5 car garage on quiet cul-de-sac in beautiful Manchester, Vermont. Close to Bromley and Stratton ski mountains, zibwd to desireable Burr and Burton Academy. Finished basement and formal dining/ study provides ample room for work/school from home. Large mudroom and laundry area perfect for ski /fishing equipment and apparel. Covered and screened in porch, storage above garage and shed in yard. Includes washer/dryer and microwave. Cozy gas fireplace. Minimum rental period is 120 days.

This house is on a huge lot with a gardening shed and firepit. Has backup generator, water filtration and softening system.

Four bedrooms, all upstairs. Master bedroom has en suite bathroom; second full bath supports the other three bedrooms. Third full bathroom downstairs. Large backyard.
