About this apartment rental
The flat is in via Giatti 7, on the 1st floor with private entrance and exclusive garden with 2 sun loungers, table and 4 chairs.
In the kitchen-living room with its wooden beamed ceiling, we have a fridge and freezer, oven, 4 burner stove with brand new induction hob, microwave, television with satellite dish, double sofa bed.
The room has a vaulted ceiling, and is reached by descending 4 internal steps.
The room leads to the large bathroom with window, where there is a washing machine.
The house is very intimate, pleasant and easy to live in.
The flat has air conditioning (which is only used in exceptionally hot weather) and heating.
A single bed can be added in the bedroom.
The pleasant garden where you can live, relax, eat, sunbathe, and read in the absolute tranquillity of an historic centre and 5 minutes from the nightlife and the beaches is the pride of the house

We loved this unique stay. Rosie is a wonderful host, and lives next door and if you are lucky will give you a tour of her amazing garden which has a perfect view for pictures. The property has it's own cozy garden and comfortable living area and bed. It is within the medieval castle area, and so pretty, quiet and peaceful. We went to rome and florence and this was our favorite part of our trip. It is a very quick walk into town, and restaurants within a few minutes walk. I highly recommend the restaurants that are up higher on the hill closer to the property.The only thing I would mention is anyone with mobility issues may need to be careful as you have to go up and down hills a bit. You can't pull a car up inside the castle walls, so you park at the bottom of the hill at a safe public parking area and will need to take your luggage up the hill. It was not an issue for us.
