Das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis passt auf jeden Fall. Die Wohnung liegt an einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und ist wirklich komplett ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war nett und zielführend.
Das Haus und das Grundstück befinden sich im Umbau und sieht von außen und im Flur heruntergekommen aus. Die Fenster könnten mal wieder geputzt werden.

Es war sehr sauber und die zuständige Dame war freundlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und und hat drei Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Betten. Die Matratzen sind komfortabel.
Bei jedem Schritt überall knarzt der Laminatfußboden und die Treppe. Es ist ein altes Haus. Bei einem Schlafzimmer fehlte das komplette Schloss und die Türklinke. Es gibt einige halbfertige Ecken die zu Ende renoviert werden müssten. Wenn überall weiße Farbe an den besagten Stellen wäre, würde das schon einiges helfen. Als ich gebucht habe, hieß es noch nicht Monteur Unterkunft. Für diesen Zweck ist es jedoch sehr gut geeignet..
