Il bilocale è molto carino, in particolare il soffitto a volte e l'illuminazione: sembra di recentissima ristrutturazione. Parcheggio comodissimo nella proprietà e gazebo esterno con tavolo e lettini.
Nella camera principale manca una finestra: c'è solo una porta finestra che da sull'esterno e corrisponde all'ingresso del bilocale. Cmq la privacy è assicurata dal tendaggio e vi è la zanzariera
