View, pool, equipment and shared spaces with nice view - has a lot of equipment for the beach that’s very good.

Great communal kitchen and easy to meet fellow guests. Kona coffee is provided.

The room I booked did not have A/C and the room was very warm during the day even with the 3 fans provided. The refrigerator in the kitchen is not very big and is shared with 3 rooms so food storage is tight.

Great host , very accomodating.

Property was well set up and provisioned. Would definitely stay again.

Location is central but far from Tourist spots, no walking distance to anything, around property is quiet with nature and ocean views.

The property manager knew how hot the temperature gets at this location and when asked about air conditioning she explicitly ensure that there no Air conditioning because the existing fans would do the job, to our surprise and the complaints from other guests the heat was unbearable and very uncomfortable. Also the cost was too high for one room when it is sharing bathroom and common areas like kitchen and living room. I think it is over priced and reviews are over glossed, I trusted those reviews and made a mistake choosing this place. There is a family living on property and it feels uncomfortable to walk through the middle of a living room to access the renter room specially when the permanent residents are having family time and one has to come in as it feels awkward and intrusive. I felt misled that the advertised space was private specially when cost per night was the same an other entire condos in the area.
