Was the perfect set up with everything that you need
Would’ve been nice if there was an option to have it serviced once or twice whilst we were there . The swimming towels are that fluffy material so doesn’t dry the kids properly :)

Great apartment and location. Neat and clean and has everything you need as a self-catering unit.
I didn't like the hidden additional costs that came after the booking was made. It's already pricey and thereafter we were told there were charges per person and per vehicle for the estate. I am also very disappointed as to how long it takes to get the refund on my breakage deposit. It's been almost a week since we checked out and I am still waiting to receive the refund!

Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy access to the pool and play are for the kids.
There were a lot of power outages with no backup.

The staff at the property are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is warm and nice
The lady Wendy who was assisting us to book was not friendly and she promised us that she will refund us our money but she is not replying our emails
