La localisation du logement (à 10mn max à pied de la plage de Mont Choisy)

Réparer la fermeture de la porte d'accès côté intérieur du logement car ne fonctionne pas. La femme d'entretien m'a prêté un cadenas pour que je puisse sécuriser l'accès pendant mon sommeil.
Climatisation non opérationnelle (pas fraiche). Je laissais le ventilo allumé, même s'il brassait de l'air chaud.
Manque un sac poubelle dans la cuisine
Manque une table sur la terrasse (il n'y avait qu'une chaise)

Close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. The owners were accessible and you can raise any issues and they will respond to you within reasonably time. I had an issue with th AC not working, then it got replaced the next day which i thought was very efficient from the owners.
Studio apartment had furniture which was dated but room was reasonably clean. Some basic hygiene issues but overall was ok, the apartment could do with some new kitchenware, cutlery set and pans. There is no lift access to top floor and you have to use a narrow spiral staircase, which i found very difficult when carrying my lluggage up to the top floor. So be prepared if you ask for the top floor. Wifi access was poor and no connection while you are at the top floor.
