Acceptable.
Spacious, very comfortably located flat (5mins walking distance to the train station, 10-15mins walking distance to the city center). The host left some little snacks and tea, which were much appreciated and make for a homey, welcoming atmosphere.
Due to works, there was no hot wated for 2 out of 5 days of my stay. The host was unaware of this happening, and did not offer any sort of compensation / partial refund; I appreciated that they were communicative though. The flat is actually larger, and converted into two smaller flats - the separating wall is very thin, and I could hear my neighbours (and likewise) even though none of us were making noise out of the ordinary. There was no actual cover for the blanket, and they were very thin and lightweight (more suited for late spring, early autumn than the cold winter weather). The coffee machine does not work. The shower is very small, and the shower head is fixed on the wall - not great to use.

Nu a fost cazul cameră curată,pat dublu foarte confortabil,chicinetă cu frigider,cuptor cu microunde,aparat de cafea,vrselă,tacâmuri,maşină de spălat vase,baie curată,cu săpun,şampon,prosoape curate,cabină de duş.
Timp de 5 nopţi,nu s-a ridicat gunoiul,şi nu s-au schimbat prosoapele.

El apartamento está súper completo, tiene todos los elementos para cocinar, heladera, lavadora etc. La ubicación no es en pleno centro histórico pero es cerca (unos 500-600) y a cambio está cerca de la estación de trenes que nos permitió ir fácilmente a otras ciudades en la zona
El apartamento tiene un par de detalles mínimos pero nada que fuera problema para nosotros. Algo de ruido que llega de la estación de tren pero nuevamente nada complicado

部屋はとても広く、設備は十分な機能が揃っていました。特に洗濯機はよく利用しました。ロケーションはパルマ中央駅、市内中心部のいずれにも近く便利でした。
食洗機何か気になる匂いがします。利用しませんでした。寝具はベッドカバーだけでした。空調あるとはいえ少し不足だと思います。チェックインの時の鍵の使い方はもう少し説明が欲しかった。

Appartamento molto pulito, luminoso, spazioso, comodo, ubicato a 10 minuti dalla stazione, comodissimo per chi viaggia senza macchina al seguito, e dai centri di maggiore interesse che si trovano nel centro di Parma. Proprietari molto accoglienti, gentili, disponibili.
