Appartamento Daisy - Parma

Das Apartment ist liebevoll und modern eingerichtet und hat mehrere Schlafzimmer. Küche ist ebenfalls vorhanden, so dass man sich auch mal zwischendurch selbst etwas zubereiten kann. An den Toilettenpapierrollen waren sogar kleine "Thank-You"-Aufkleber. Das ist sehr niedlich. PKW-Parkplatz auf dem Hinterhof mit direkten Zugang zum Apartment ist sehr hilfreich, um das Gepäck-Chaos beim Ausladen und wieder Einladen in Ruhe in den Griff bekommen zu können. Die Vermieterin gibt sich sehr vieel Mühe vorab per Videos die richtige Zufahrt in die Stadt zu erklären. Das hilft sehr um direkt die richtigen Straßen zu erwischen. Daher vorher anschauen, das wird helfen. Versprochen.

Die Zufahrt zum Hinterhof ist nichts für schwache Nerven, schlechte Fahrer oder große Autos. Wir sind mit einem BMW X1 gerade so um die Ecke an der Mauer entlang gekommen und sind auch rückwärts rausgefahren. Schlimm ist es nicht, muss man sich aber darauf einstellen.

Mi piace la semplicità, la luminosità, la facile accessibilità e soprattutto la posizione in quanto io ho da attraversare la strada e sono al luogo di lavoro. Inoltre volendo fare un giro in centro città l'appartamento è vicinissimo, ancora la stazione dei treni dista 10 minuti. Non da ultimo la disponibilità del gestore che riesce quasi sempre a farmi fare il check in in anticipo (alle 12.30) constatato che io arrivo sempre presto. E' la terza volta che ritorno in questo appartamento ed ho già prenotato la quarta volta ad ottobre.

Non ho niente da reclamare

La posizione a due passi dal centro e dalla stazione. La pulizia. Nonostante non fosse un B&B avevamo a disposizione prodotti vari per la colazione.

Spacious, very comfortably located flat (5mins walking distance to the train station, 10-15mins walking distance to the city center). The host left some little snacks and tea, which were much appreciated and make for a homey, welcoming atmosphere.

Due to works, there was no hot wated for 2 out of 5 days of my stay. The host was unaware of this happening, and did not offer any sort of compensation / partial refund; I appreciated that they were communicative though. The flat is actually larger, and converted into two smaller flats - the separating wall is very thin, and I could hear my neighbours (and likewise) even though none of us were making noise out of the ordinary. There was no actual cover for the blanket, and they were very thin and lightweight (more suited for late spring, early autumn than the cold winter weather). The coffee machine does not work. The shower is very small, and the shower head is fixed on the wall - not great to use.
