To be honest, I was bit scared based on the feedbacks, but reality is really different. So, communication from the beginning absolutely fine and clear - thank you again Justine - and accommodation was fine as well. Pillows were comfortable (of course depends on personal options), cups and accessories in kitchen sufficient for four persons with prepared tablets to dishwasher. Soaps and towels prepared as well, unusual for non hotel type of accommodation, in the kitchen capsules for Nespresso coffee machine, teas and instant coffee sachets. Great benefit is location itself. So, very happy that I chooses this particular accommodation.

Not so strong vapour absorber in the bathroom so after shower of four persons may come bit sweaty, nevertheless solution with open windows worked fine.

had to wait 30 minutes in front of door before someone showed up áfter a damage report that had to be filled in was send, which required an additional deposit of Euro 500,- in front of the door at the street. inside dirty socs of previous guest were still in bedroom. several items were damaged. When trying to book 1 extra day a week before the stay they started sending payment links via Whatsapp without any reference to the name of the apartment, which I did not trust and decided to book another hotel for 1 night.
