Loved the property.
The only thing was the stairs were quite steep for us oldies.

Location was great
Road Works started each day at 6.30am/7am.Ripping up whole road.Main bedroom very close road.Nil sleep from Traffic or Road Works.Shower ensuite scalded both husband and myself.Had use upstairs shower.Offered to relocate us by real estate.We had just driven 6 hours so refused due having pack and unpack everything.Area to park boat had paddlock so couldn't park boat there.Kettle in kitchen poured out boiling water everywhere from lid.Bed upstairs had 2 wheels missing so like sleeping up side down.Not an enjoyable place stay.We have been coming to Evans many years this was worse holiday mainly due noise.We booked a house so have peace.Neighbour from back parks silver car on footpath due road works and is right outside bedroom due to very small front yard.We where stuck in house 2nd day due road works told us we couldnt drive on road.Visitors had walk with luggage from down road.
We feel we should have been compensated for all above.
