Extrem hilfsbereites und zuvorkommendes Personal. Ein ausnehmend schönes Hotel, das in Gehdiatanz zur Hauptstrasse liegt, aber nicht dem dortigen Lärm und Trubel ausgesetzt ist. Haben im stimmungsvollen Zimmer wunderbar geschlafen!

Die Zufahrt ist nicht ganz einfach, das Navi hatte seine liebe Mühe.

Özellikle konumu çok iyiydi. Çalışanları da çok yardımcıydı. Bize otele özel hazırladıkları bir seyahat planı verdiler. Güzel hazırlanmış bir plandı. Yardımcı oldu.

Banyosu daha iyi olabilirdi. Özellikle kaldığımız odada klozetin kapağı bozuktu; açık durmuyordu sürekli kapanıyordu. Sıcak su için biraz beklemek gerekiyordu. Sıcak su geç geliyordu. Odaların ses yalıtımı iyi değildi, yan odalardaki konuşmaları dahi duyabiliyorduk.

Herşey mükemmeldi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü her konuda çok yardımcı oluyorlardı. Konum her yere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Tavsiye ederim

The terrace and the overall atmosphere of the hotel were very nice, and the staff were generally friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was also good, although nothing special. There are definitely positive aspects to the stay, especially the terrace with its view and the moments where staff were helpful and friendly.

However, overall the experience felt inconsistent and not fully aligned with expectations. Motorcycle parking: Before booking, I had specifically asked in writing whether the parking area would be safe for a motorcycle, which is very important when traveling long-distance by bike. Later, the motorcycle had been moved and pushed aside by people working in the area. Although a very helpful staff member later relocated it to a safer position under camera surveillance, the initial handling felt unorganized and insecure. Room: I chose the stone room deliberately, even though I was also offered another room, but it did not meet expectations for the price. It felt humid and clearly moldy, and even after the stay my clothes still carried a noticeable smell. General standards: There were also inconsistencies in how rules were handled, for example non-smoking signs throughout the building while staff were smoking during cleaning, which contributed to an impression of a lack of consistent standards.
