Rien de perturbant, mais une odeur d’égout dans la SDB (ponctuelle) et une problématique pour réguler la température de la douche

J'ai aimé la propreté,les équipements et la fonctionnalité du logement.
En premier lieu ,le vue sur mer est un peu exagérée, car la mer n'est visible qu'à l'angle d'une fenêtre qui donne sur le mur d'un immeuble en face. Ensuite quartier très bruyant musique, cris, bruit de dérapage de voiture etc... Jusqu'à minuit. Ainsi que la livraison de la boulangerie avec camion frigorifique à 6h du matin pendant 1 h. Malheureusement l'emplacement fait défaut à cette location.
