Odličan apartman, potpuno opremljen, u novijoj zgradi, pored restorana i šetališta. Prostrana dnevna soba, dobro opremljena kuhinja, funkcionalno i svetlo kupatilo. Dobar, stabilan i brz internet. Mnogo sitnih detalja i opreme koja izdvaja ovaj apartman u odnosu na neke druge (radni sto, lampe, kišobran, dečja sedalica za toalet, društvene igre, mapa naselja...).
Jedini problem je spoljašnja buka. Restoran s druge strane ulice ima bučnog muzičara bez sluha koji nastupa od 21-24 č.

Higijena svega u apartmanu je na zavidnom nivou. Boje su usklađene, nema suvišnih detalja. Oprema je kvalitetna, stilski ujednačena, estetika nadprosečna.
