Location is brilliant - the balcony literally overlooks the beach and the ocean and you can hear the waves crashing.
The unit is on the top floor, is very spacious, big kitchen and dining area and living room, heaps of space.
The unit is close by the local pub, cafes and fish n chip shops.
Nothing much (would always love cheaper rates, but otherwise no complaints).
Only slight downside is there is no lift, and the unit is on the third floor, so there are stairs.
