No toilet upstairs where all the living area is All apartments around it are same so wasnt easy to find and very long instructions. We arrived on freezing cold chch stay and couldnt get in and ultimately found out after waiting in cold for ages that the code lock was not working. Plus we thought we might of had wrong apartment so asked forca photo and we were not sent the front door picture but another door so we wrongly thought we were in the wrong place while it was raining and no shelter for bags …. Felt me deserved something but the most we got was a later checkout

central city chc is all airbnb's now. no atmosphere at all. no families. no homeless people. no druggies. no traffic. just a developers dream of cookie cutter money makers. having said that. i happen to love it. there are things that chc have done right in the rebuild. the stadium is amazing. riverside is amazing. the rolleston to city highway is amazing.

The deposit. No mention of it anywhere. you put the whole thing on afterpay, and then they want hundreds and hundreds of dollars cash or we dont get the room. they call it a "credit card reserve". but yeah, the money goes out. build it in to the price like every one else does. dont take money out. you have the card number. thats all you need. live in the now man.

Fantastic place to stay close to all amenities in central Christchurch. Walking distance to great cafes, bars, stadium and shops. Everything you need to stay quiet location and secure parking! Thanks so much would recommend these units for central Christchurch stays! 😊
