AC excellent, pool lovely and well maintained, anything you needed was there . The check in process was excellent and they allowed us to check in earlier which was great Grocery shop nearby

A few bits needed a little TLC , but advised the company and they assured that they were due to be sorted

The villa itself is beautiful, spacious, and very well equipped, and the agents were absolutely lovely to deal with, kind, responsive, and professional. Would have scored 10 only for noise.

Unfortunately, the location made it impossible for us to fully enjoy our stay. The villa is in a residential area with more than a dozen dogs that bark at night and throughout the day as well (sometimes incessantly). The noise could be overwhelming and ultimately drove us out during the day, which was really disappointing given how much the property itself has to offer. If you’re a very heavy sleeper and plan to be out most of the time, this might still work for you (earplugs are essential), but for us, the constant barking meant we couldn’t relax or fully enjoy the villa. The agents made efforts to help, but understandably, it is out of their control.

The kitchen was well equipped and had everything needed for our stay.

So its advertised to cater for 6 people, only 4 sun loungers, no lounger pads making them extremely uncomfortable. The place needs some money spent on it as it is very tired looking with a fair amount of issues, the top floor bedroom with two single beds door will not always open easily and is a bit of a risk as you nearly have to pull the handle off to open it, the downstairs shower screen is constantly falling of its runner, the downstairs toilet has a drainage issue making it extremely smelly at all times, The TV's in the bedrooms do not work. The UPVC door at the top of the stairs is smashed and when raised with the management was told it was not a safety defect even though when you touch it its sharp! My wife and i spent the first hour and half sweeping up the stairwell and flooring to the pool area, it was dirty and there was also rubbish in both the front and rear garden including empty beer bottles and black sack of used coal from the last BBQ,, it is advertised with Charcoal and firelighters inc but none left, all of the white shutters at the rear of the property are broken and do not look like they have been cleaned for many months. All of the above, it happens and we didnt allow it to ruin our holiday, however, and let me make clear we have two large dogs of our own and are animal lovers, the constant dog barking from the next door property makes this a far from ideal property to rent, the owner leaves two dogs outside morning noon and night, barking is relentless and goes on thorugh the early hours, trying to relax around the pool during the day is nigh on impossible , extremely frustrating and really spoilt our stay, there is just no let up from it and the owner seems completely oblivious to it, if this was rented by elderly people or families with babies/young children it would be a nightmare due to the noise. Communication - i could go on but the fiasco over late check out was in the end laughable, just about finished it off!
