Nicht sauber, mangelhafte Ausstattung
Die Wohnung liegt in zentraler Lage, ist geräumig, schnell beheizbar, auch das Wasser ist schnell warm/heiß. Die Vermieterin hat sich sehr oft entschuldigt.
Die Wohnung war nicht sauber. Vermieterin hat angeboten, während unseres Aufenthaltes noch einmal durchzuputzen. Das hätte aber nichts an dem grundlegend schlechtem Hygienezustand geändert. Die Ausstattung war unzureichend, viele Dinge kaputt oder mangelhaft repariert. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht passend!

Für länger und für Leute, die Internet brauchen, ist es nicht zu empfehlen
Dusche hat gut funktioniert. Couch war recht bequem. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage ist alles gut erreichbar. Wohnung hat Potenzial
Das Internet ist sehr langsam und ging auch 2 Tage garnicht (laut Betreiber lag es an Telekom). Bad hat sehr muffig gerochen. Bis 18 Uhr kann man nur eine Stunde mit Parkscheibe parken (nächster Kostenloser Platz sind 10 Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt). Betreiber der FeWo war telefonisch nicht zu erreichen und auf antworten habe ich lange warten müssen. Und auf eine Rechnung musste ich auch lange warten. Nach dem dritten Mal Anfrage wurde mir diese Sonntags geschickt obwohl ursprünglich Freitags angesagt wurde. Da ein Café ca 20 m von der Unterkunft entfernt ist, war es auch abends teilweise sehr laut. Der Kühlschrank hat auch nicht richtig gekühlt.
