Byt byl dostatečně vybavený, měl oddělené pokoje a dobře vybavenou kuchyň. Pobyt byl celkově pohodlný a praktický i pro delší pobyt. Oceňuji také dostatek prostoru a praktické uspořádání bytu.

Parkování bylo trochu složitější a občas byl slyšet hluk od sousedů, což je ale dáno spíše charakterem panelového domu.

Große Wohnung mit allem Nötigen, in der Küche war alles da, und mehr, der Wohnungsbesitzer war sehr nett. Zu Fuß war Karlsbad Innenstatt sehr gut erreichbar. Parkplätze vor der Tür.

The location of the apartment is good. 20 min to the city centre and Lidl on foot. There is Penny shop and Billa shop 5 min away. Good public transport communication. Area is quiet and tidy. The view from the kitchen window is beautiful. Good wifi. Spacious rooms. Overall, it's not bad but needs refurbishing and investing in kitchen utensils and some decor.

The pillows were not good. The oven did not work properly, although we tried different settings. It warmed up a bit but did not cook. The kitchen tap is a bit loose, and when you open the tap, it has such a pressure that water sprays all over the place. You kind of have to hold it with one hand and open carefully with other. Could not find English channels on TV, which was not a big problem as we stayed outside as much as possible.

The view from the kitchen is awesome. The place is quiet and you do feel safe. Has two rooms and it is a modest apartment so I would keep your expectations in check. The apartment is on a very high floor up so noise is not a concern at all. There is no AC, but you can open the window or use a fan. We were there in the middle of summer and it was pleasant. I was there with my wife and little one, if that provides any context.

I'll preface by saying that the following isn't necessarily what I didn't like, but I wanted to give a heads up to the reader rather - The keys pickup can be a challenge for folks who are not driving. The owner's place is about 10-15 mins drive away from the apartment. Unless you can arrange for him to meet you at there. The apartment complex is further away from the main attractions. So again, I think a car is needed. Public transport may not be super convenient. The owner / gentleman was very polite and accommodating, which is very reassuring at the end of the day in case you have any issues. I wish him the best!
