Great views. Great location. Place was very clean and well fitted out. Quick response from owner when contacted
Beds and ceiling fans need an upgrade. Lift would only go up and not down

Obviously the view of the bay is exceptional and the privacy is very good. We liked the large single level living of the kitchen, dining, lounge and the outside tarrace. Good w/c access on both levels. Good a/c, lighting and equipment everywhere. Very quiet area in day and night. Communication with the owner good.
Some of the sliding doors are a bit old and don't open. The lift is only accessible from the ground floor level so walking down lots of stairs several times a day could be a problem for disabled people, however good automatic lighting on the stairs.

A vista da varanda do apartamento é deslumbrante. Maravilhosa ! Apartamento bem localizado .
Apartamento antigo, com instalações antigas, piso e portas rangendo e fazendo muito barulho, camas e colchões antigos e desconfortáveis, roupas de cama e de banho extremamente velhas. Água quente acaba rapidamente. A limpeza deixou a desejar bastante . Entrada do prédio, elevador e escadaria em péssimo estado de conservação. Muito ruim mesmo !
