Beautiful Paris!!

Beautiful apartment. Light and airy. Spotless. Close to Metro, restaurants and shops. Quiet spot for a few days in Paris, also easy to access all the well-known tourist attractions.

A bright and clean Parisian apartment with a delightful host.

Olivier was most accommodating, leaving food and drinks plus was easy to contact with any questions or concerns. The apartment is bright and comfortable. It was 30 degrees while we were there but we weren't too hot as there was a nice breeze that came through the windows. The washer/dryer was very convenient, given we had been doing a lot of travel. Although the location was at the end of the train line - we didn't mind that. It made it easy to navigate back to the apartment after sight seeing. The apartment was in walking distance to the train station, restaurants and groceries. As we had been travelling a lot, we found the apartment a great place to have a rest day, watching movies and relaxing, before heading out to do sight seeing.

The stairs were a challenge - especially with all of our suitcases but I would still highly recommend this apartment if you are visiting Paris. Beware of Google Maps who (from the train station) initially sent us walking around the whole block (with suitcases), when the opposite way was much shorter.

Perfect stay -- would always come back!

The AP is well-equipped & quiet, and Olivier as host is exceptionally dedicated to the wellbeing of his guests -- as perhaps best reflected in the rich b’fast stock of purchases in the fridge, most of them for free! Located close to the OECD, where I had a meeting.

Operating smoothy the (undoubtedly extremely smart) door code app proved a little complex for an IT-wise limited person like me. ;-)

朝食の材料が豊富に用意されていて、買い物はほぼ不要でした。立地も、今回の仕事先にも、メトロの駅にも、手軽に利用できるフランス料理レストランGermaine にも徒歩3分以内と至近、至便でした。

特に無いが、もし食器洗い機が有れば文句無しでした。スーパーマーケット迄は5分位歩きますが、不便な距離ではありません。

Отличный вариант для бюджетного пребывания в Париже. В шаговой доступности метро и чистота.

Для моего бюджета это был идеальный вариант. Путешествовали с сыном на 3 дня. Квартира была аккуратной, чистой и со всем необходимым, включаю посуду и туалетные принадлежности. Расположение хоть и далековато-то от центра, но рядом есть метро(5 минут). А так же мы брали в аренду велосипеды. Несмотря на то что было жарко, ночью в доме было достаточно комфортно без кондиционера. Окна выходят во двор и нас не беспокоил шум города. Отличный хозяин, общительный и всегда готовый помочь.

Более подробно писать про завтрак. Его не подают как, возможно, мы привыкли. Хозяин покупает продукты на ваше время пребывания и вы можете ими пользоваться бесплатно. Это важно учесть при выборе данной опции. Немного раздражал скрип пола, пока мы не поменяли отношение к нему и не восприняли это как шарм настоящего Парижа:)
