Bardzo blisko plaży i przy ścieżce rowerowej.
W toalecie miska ustępowa. Aby ją spłukać trzeba 3-4 razy spuścić wodę ze zbiornika. Powoduje to strasznie duże zużycie wody.

Bliskość do morza, możliwość przyjazdu z małym dzieckiem i psem. Komfortowy wyposażony apartament.
Mała ilość naczyń jak na dłuższy pobyt. Brak poduszek na krzesla ogrodowe, brak miejsca do przechowywania butów. Taras bez zorganizowanej zieleni w donicach.
