Great location, about a 1km walk to Glenelg Pier, either direct or a few minutes more along the beach front. Nice inside, comfortable.
Needed maintenance. TV reception did not work, although it could stream from your phone. Outdoor light didn't work. Front door couldn't close unless locked. No flyscreens on front or rear external doors. Single split system Air conditioner was a bit noisy and only in the front room, none in bedrooms.

Great location close to beach and shops. Quiet neighbourhood. Clean linen and towels.
No toilet paper. Dirty dishes in cupboard. Dead grass, weeds and prickles. Not pet secure.
